Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bill Smith.

If for some reason you find the need to request the return of a product please be aware of the following return guidelines (this policy does not apply to Special Orders):

Products returned by the customer in like-new condition, complete with original carton, packaging and accessories within 10 days of delivery or customer pick-up will have no restocking or markdown fees applied. Within the 10 day return policy we offer a pick-up service for larger items, with a nominal handling fee of $69.95. For oversize items the pick-up fee is $150.00

Products returned by the customer in days 11 through 30 following delivery or customer pick-up will have a minimum of a 10% restocking / markdown fee applied. In order to be accepted for return the product must be like-new with all manuals and accessories. Fees for product damage, missing manuals or accessories will apply, in addition to the minimum 10% restocking / markdown fee. We reserve the right to refuse the return of products which have been mishandled or damaged. We offer a pick-up service for larger items, with a nominal handling fee of $69.95. For oversize items the pick-up fee is $150.00.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of products outside of 30 days or products which have been mishandled or damaged.
